Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for me to feel better?

Many clients notice improvements within the first few sessions, especially during Relief Care. However, true recovery depends on the severity and chronicity of the condition. Relief may come quickly, but correcting the root cause usually takes weeks to months.

Why haven’t other treatments worked for me?

Most treatments focus only on symptom management—reducing pain or inflammation without addressing the underlying dysfunction. Our approach targets the root cause: uneven forces across the joints and soft tissues. By restoring balance and proper function, we create lasting change instead of temporary relief.

Do I need to commit to long-term care?

No. We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts. Most people begin with short-term goals (pain relief), then choose to continue once they understand how corrective and wellness care help prevent relapse. It’s your choice—our role is to educate, guide, and support.

What happens if I stop after pain relief?

If care ends too early, the underlying dysfunction remains. That’s why many people experience relapse weeks or months later. Continuing into Corrective Care ensures the problem is addressed at its root, reducing the chance of recurrence and building resilience.

How do I know which stage of care I need?

Your initial evaluation will show us whether your body is in crisis (Relief Care), dysfunction (Corrective Care), or simply needs maintenance (Wellness Care). Most new clients begin in Stage 1 and progress from there.

Is this only for athletes?

Not at all. While athletes use our therapies to improve recovery and performance, most of our clients are busy professionals, parents, or older adults who simply want to move without pain and enjoy daily life.

How often will I need sessions?
  • Relief Care: typically 2–3 times per week to begin with. For decompression cases, it may start at 3–5 times per week, depending on severity.

  • Corrective Care: usually 1–2 times per week.

  • Wellness Care: periodic maintenance, often monthly or seasonally

Your exact plan depends on your condition and goals.

What makes your approach different?

We combine Western-based, science-driven therapies with a focus on the root cause of dysfunction. Instead of charging extra for every tool or modality, our care is all-inclusive, using what’s needed to get results—whether that’s precision stretching, decompression, or supportive technologies.

Is ongoing care really necessary if I feel fine?

Think of your body like your teeth: you don’t wait for pain before brushing or visiting the dentist. Wellness & Performance Care is about maintaining what you’ve achieved, preventing relapse, and keeping your body at its best. It’s optional, but it’s what keeps results lasting.
